Zee Avi is a Malaysian singer-songwriter and musician. At the age of just 23, She is making the headlines in the music industry. She debuted her album in the U.S. yesterday(19May) .
She started out posting videos on youtube just for her friends to see, but she got recognized when she posted her songs "No Christmas For Me" and by the time she knew it, she started receiving messages from people and also offers from record labels. She was soon on a jetplane to L.A. to record her first record label and debuted with producer Roberto Carranza.

- Born in Miri of Sarawak
- Excel on her guitar skill at the age of 17 when she lock herself hours in her room practicing
- Most of her songs are about the reality of romance, outlets to vent her emotions
- She love her music simple, classic jazz
- She currently signed with Monotone/Brushfire Records
It's awesome to see another Malaysian excelling in the music industry and promoting our country. I'm sure she will do well, she has a unique voice and she has the personality to do it! All the best Zee! =)
